SECONDARY GOAL / U.S. API + DEVELOPMENT / NATSEC

DEVELOP HERE.
BUILD SUPPLY HERE.

A medicine for national resilience also needs a resilient supply chain. Our secondary goal is U.S.-based active pharmaceutical ingredient production and domestic development capacity around candidates that earn advancement.

01 / API MEANS ACTIVE PHARMACEUTICAL INGREDIENT

A domestic chemistry objective

Map starting-material dependencies, identify U.S. synthesis and analytical capabilities, and evaluate qualified contract development and manufacturing organizations. The objective is traceable, quality-controlled material rather than dependence on research-product resellers.

02 / DEVELOPMENT IN THE UNITED STATES

Scientific and regulatory ownership

Recruit U.S.-based scientific leadership and qualify domestic laboratories for analytical, pharmacology, exposure and initial safety work. Develop the regulatory plan and candidate specifications with appropriate specialists.

03 / NATIONAL SECURITY

Supply resilience supports the mission

Military and civilian critical workers share an interest in dependable medical supply. FDA’s domestic-manufacturing initiatives establish current policy relevance. They do not grant Antaeus approval, funding, participation or an accelerated pathway.

04 / CURRENT POSITION

A development goal, not installed capacity

No U.S. API manufacturing contract, CDMO appointment, laboratory agreement or government partnership is represented as secured. Initial financing supports supplier qualification and a preclinical candidate decision. Commercial GMP manufacturing requires subsequent development and capital.

05 / FIRST DEFENSE TRANSACTION

Sponsored research around a defined endpoint

Seek a funded study or development collaboration around heat-associated exertional fatigue. Evaluate active SBIR/STTR calls against eligibility and fit. Procurement and field deployment follow the evidence and regulatory pathway.
